"...I have come that they may have life, and have to the full." John 10:10
This may be one of the most challenging Bible verses to understand. Christ has come so people can have life, experience life to its fullest dimensions. I personally struggle with trying to find artistic vision in the routine of days, never mind experiencing life to the fullest. According to this quote, Christ can bring life, a full, vibrant, amazing life to fruition. The question that one must ask is how.
One of the keys to experiencing and enjoying life is to be grateful for the life we have. Christian or not, anybody can appreciate this idea. If we are grateful and thankful for what we have in life, small moments of beauty, kisses from small children, embraces from those we love, our point of view can go from being bitter about things to being blessed.
I am embarking on a personal journey of a website and blog where I can express my meandering thoughts about life, love, marriage, children, teaching, food, and anything else that seems to need expressing. There will be many thankful moments on this journey.
The first moments of thankfulness starts now at eight months pregnant with our third child. I am grateful for this little life that exists inside my belly. The little kicks are frequent now, a life moving inside of me.
May you blessed as you explore this site.
