Justin has had a very good month. He won a poetry award at school and he was accepted into a science program for international families. He seems to be putting his best foot forward! His first class was yesterday. When I asked him about it, he said him and his classmates built an air conditioner. Now that's an interesting first day.
We said goodbye to Ethan and Simon, 2 little friends who are going to Ireland with their Mommy and Daddy. The whole family will be missed. Jordan wants to go to Ireland to play with Ethan. LOL.
Aidan continues to warm my heart in ways I didn't even know I needed. He is just a great kid. I love his yeses that come out slurred because of a missing front tooth. The other front tooth is dangling now...
Everyone is excited about this trip to Cebu. More to come...
Jordan had an interesting first day back. He picked up on a conversation from the night before about birthdays. He decided that Saturday was his birthday and knew exactly what he wanted to do! "I want to go to the Flying Pig and play there. And then I want to eat cake!" (The Flying Pig is a playroom for kids complete with wading pools, trampolines, reading nooks, and some other highlights for kids.) We did to the Flying Pig but there was no cake. LOL.
We were also able to go to the library and enjoy reading. It wasn't a birthday but it was a great day!
